Tool engineer
Job duties:
  • Provision of the enterprise with tools.
  • Optimization of use of cutting tools.
You are eligible if:
  • Education: higher vocational (technical);
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a tool engineer or in other technical positions.
What we are offering:
  • Take-home pay from 50 000 to 70 000 RUB
  • Salary + quarterly bonuses

Process engineer (leading process engineer) (machining)
Job duties:
  • Monitor the up-to-date status of the content of the technological process and the current process of manufacturing the product;
  • Promptly provide the shop with preliminary and registered copies of the technological process;
  • Carry out tests of previously unused cutting, abrasive, fitting tools, technological equipment;
  • Prepare RFPs with regard to special cutting tools; attachments, jigs and; accessories
  • Manage development of technological instructions, control of the result;
  • Participate in the control of compliance with process discipline in production.
You are eligible if:
  • • Required work experience: 1–3 years
    • Full time
    • Education: higher (mechanical engineering technology, process engineer, design engineer) with at least 3 years of experience, or secondary specialized (process technician) with at least 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering enterprises.
    • Confident user of PC, Kompas­3D, PowerShape/SolidWorks/
    • Process design, interpretation of drawings.
    • Knowledge of metal cutting processes.
    • Knowledge of CNC machining specifics.
    • Ability to work with regulatory documentation and knowledge of the EKSD (Unified Rate and Skill Handbook).

Storekeeper
Job duties:
  • Management of a finished products warehouse
You are eligible if:
  • Work experience: 1–3 years;
  • Full time;
  • Education: higher, secondary specialized;
  • At least 3 years of experience as a storekeeper in production;
  • Knowledge of 1C UPP, 1C ERP, 1C Sklad.

In connection with the increase in volumes and the production program, we are opening an additional staffing position of STOREKEEPER in the turbine blade shop

QMS Engineer
Job duties:
  • Maintenance and development of the QMS of the organization;
  • Development of regulations and documented procedures;
  • Organization, preparation and conduct of internal and external QMS audits;
  • Control over timely development and implementation of corrective actions based on the results of audits;
  • Analysis and assessment of the functioning and effectiveness of the QMS for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015;
  • Analysis of consumer complaints, control over the development and implementation of corrective actions;
  • Tracking validity times and organizing verification and calibration of measuring instruments;
  • Control over completion of reject reports and record keeping.
You are eligible if:
  • Required work experience: 1–3 years;
  • Full time;
  • Higher education (diplomas in Quality Management, Standardization will be an advantage);
  • Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015;
  • Similar field experience will be an advantage;
  • Confident user of PC, MS Office;
  • Experience in quality management and internal audits.
